All products are selected with the most suitable date for consumption. The products with the shortest expiration date are alfajores and conitos, which should be consumed from 1 month to 45 days after shipment. At Latam Concept we are responsible for ensuring that our orders arrive in good condition. In the event that a product arrives broken, incomplete or in poor condition, the customer must send an email to customerservice@latamconcept.com detailing the problem with photos and one of our advisors will contact you to attend to your case personally. If applicable, a partial or full refund of the purchase will be issued, as appropriate.
Your shipment can take between 3 and 10 business days in most cases. Your delivery could be delayed due to holidays, non-working days or customs inspections. When you make your purchase and your shipment is processed, your order tracking number will be shared internally and you will be able to track your purchase from your purchase page or the courier's website. If you have any questions about your delivery, our Customer Service team is available to provide you with the information you need.
FedEx makes two visits to make your delivery. If they do not find you on these two occasions, they will provide a withdrawal address where it can be deposited for 5 days so that you can pick it up. You can find this information on the FedEx website or consult it with our Customer Service team.
When purchasing through Latam Concept you are paying for the products you chose and their shipping to the location indicated in the purchase. If applicable, any customs duties or local taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any questions, please contact us or your local Fedex representative. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any product purchased is allowed to be shipped to the destination country, according to local laws.
The shipping price is calculated based on the destination to which the package will be sent, and can be verified in the step prior to finalizing the purchase. In the event that the minimum purchase amounts are exceeded on eligible products, free shipping will be applied. Below are the costs by region.
- USA & Canada: $7.99 and free shipping for purchases over $50 on eligible products.
- The rest of America. Argentina, Peru, Chile & Brazil: cost of USD 9.99 and free shipping for purchases over USD 50 on eligible products.
- Europe. France, Italy, UK, Ireland, Austria, Romania, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands and Norway: $9.99 and free shipping on purchases over $65 on eligible products.
- Asia and the Middle East. Cambodia, South Korea, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & Kuwait: $16.49 and free shipping on purchases over $90 on eligible products.
